Mark Gross - President and CEO
Mark Gross, founder of Data Conversion Laboratory, is a recognized authority on automated data conversion. As President, Mark not only fills the traditional CEO role, he also serves as Project Executive, with overall responsibility for resource management and planning.
Prior to founding DCL in 1981, Mark was with the consulting practice of Arthur Young & Co. He has also taught at the New York University Graduate School of Business, the New School, and Pace University. Mark has an Engineering degree from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of automated conversions to XML and SGML, and was a member of the SGML mathematics committee.

Judy Gross - Director of Finance & Administration
Judy, along with her husband Mark, co-founded Data Conversion Laboratory. Judy's prior experience was in the development of large financial and marketing databases. She worked previously at SAMI, a market research subsidiary of Time, Inc., and for IDC, a financial data supplier.
Judy has an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from New York University and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Syracuse University.

Michael Gross - Chief Technology Officer
Michael Gross is responsible for software development and tool design. He is experienced in project management of large computer development projects and is an expert in software implementation and compiler design.
Mr. Gross was responsible for the development of MindReader and Reform, DCL's proprietary conversion software. Prior to joining the firm in 1987 he had been a project manager at Advanced Computer Techniques, a leading developer of support software for the military marketplace. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from the Case Institute of Technology at Case Western Reserve University and has served as a member of the U.S. Air Force JOVIAL Language Issues Committee.

Amy F. Williams - General Manager & COO
Amy Williams is responsible for managing DCL's day-to-day business, including scheduling and management of all conversion projects, as well as company financial performance, customer relations, and personnel management. Amy  joined DCL in 1998, bringing with her more than 10 years of project management experience consulting for leading organizations worldwide. She also brings with her a combination of strategic business planning skills, as well as solid systems development qualifications that will enable her to define and implement solutions to meet the challenging business demands of DCL's customers.
Amy's area of expertise is in analyzing existing operations and developing the strategies, processes, and technologies to improve organizational performance. Amy has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

David Skurnik - Vice President of Sales
David Skurnik's department is responsible for generating new business, developing client and business partner relationships, managing DCL's intricate proposal process, and for ensuring that the customer remains satisfied for the duration of the conversion project, and beyond.
David has been in the conversion business for over ten years, and has worked closely with various facets of the publishing industry, from medical publishing to legal publishing to military/aerospace publishing to governmental agencies. He holds an MBA from Baruch College at The City University of New York.

Janet Feld - Production Supervisor
Janet ensures that all the cogs in our complex production machine mesh, and run smoothly together. Much of the credit for DCL's legendary reputation for efficiency belongs to Janet.
Janet's intimately familiar with every aspect of the DCL operation and has had a hand in many of them. Our data analysts often turn to Janet when a knotty issue arises. Prior to joining DCL Janet was Traffic Coordinator at the Warwick, Welsh and Miller ad agency. She has a BA in Psychology from Queens College and holds a Certificate in Data Processing.
