models from Bookmaster to ATA-2100-based SGML. These AMM's comprise
approximately 7,000 pages. Effectivity statements were converted into
SB-effectivity tags modified to ASC (Aircraft Service Change) effectivity.
This project is long-term and is continuing now on an ongoing basis. |

the conversion. |

Materials (including a large law collection) are being converted from
images and hard copy and are prepared both for further electronic
publishing and for distribution on the Internet. DCL is responsible for
all text-entry and SGML tagging. Approximately 300,000 pages of a
projected 1,000,000 page project have been processed to date. Collections
DCL worked on include the American Memory Collection. |
